Here's an important milestone in the history of America that was largely ignored by the main stream media - Under the tutelage of Barack Hussein Obama our nation has lost its position of the number one economy in the world, a distinction we have held since at least 1877, when Ulysses S. Grant was president.

There are various reports about this economic marker around the blogosphere, but not too surprisingly, one of the major players, the uber-liberal NBC, doesn't even have a reference to this stunningly important news item anywhere on their website. While some are saying China passed up the great American economy several years ago, there is no doubt this important fact seems to be hidden from the public at large.
And why is that?
Well, why else, Barack Obama has a legacy to maintain and the powers that be wouldn't want to damage the veneer would they?

Grant was president, America is not the leading economic power on the planet.
It just happened — and almost nobody noticed.
